How to export clearer mp4 video within Adobe Premiere?

How to export clearer mp4 video within Adobe Premiere?

I find that mp4 videos exported from Adobe Premiere are usually not clear. (.flv is clear)

Here is a quite good solution -

1. The larger the dimension of source video, the better.

2. When you create a new project, and in the 'New sequence' dialogue box, choose

HDV | HDV 1080i30 (60i)

3. In 'Export Setting', choose 'H.264' in Format.

4. Choose 'NDSC DV High Quality' in Preset.

5. On 'Video' tab, the larger Frame width and height, the better.

6. Choose 'Use Maximum Render Quality'.

You will get clearer MP4 video.
