Outlook is not connected to Exchange Server

Cause: Due to power failure, some Exchange services were stopped on Exchange Server.

Solution: Started those stopped services.

Staff's network drives often get disconnected

The static IP address of file server is in the DHCP IP scope. In the IP lease list, we can see the  IP address was assigned by another machine. When there is a network connection problem with the file server, its IP address was assigned by another machine. When the network connection problem is fixed, there may be an IP address conflict between the another machine and the file server, resulting that
