How to configure auto-forwarding for staff?

1. On Exchange Server, open 'Exchange Management Console'.
2. Under 'Recipient Configuration', click on 'Mail Contact'.
3. Right-click on it, and select 'New Mail Contact'. Add the other email address of the user.
4. Under 'Recipient Configuration', click on 'Mailbox'.
5. Select the user's mailbox.
6. Right-click on it, and select 'Properties'.
7. Select 'Mail Flow Settings'.
8. Select 'Delivery Options'.
9. Click on 'Properties'.
10. Click 'Add...'.
11. ...
12. Done.
