Not operatable at all when logged on with an account

Symptom: Not operatable at all, e.g. you see nothing or things not relevent when you click Start, etc.

Resolution:
Delete the account, then re-create the account.

Computer automatically restarts

Services | Power | Recovery | First failure, choose 'Take no action'.
